How it works

Carmen accesses bookings, guests and properties in Stays or Hospedin to reply with full context. She knows the booking before she speaks.

2. Tune the tone of voice

Set how she communicates: more formal, more familiar, or different for each brand. She replies in natural Portuguese, as if it were you.

3. She replies 24/7, you supervise

Messages are answered right away, at any hour. You choose: approve before sending (Review Mode) or leave it automatic.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI sound robotic?
No. Carmen was trained on the Brazilian context, with natural language. You set the style and she replies in your tone. Review Mode is there for when you want to approve before sending.
And if she doesn't know how to reply?
When she detects urgency or something outside what she knows, she alerts you instead of taking a chance. She also won't reveal sensitive data (door code, Wi-Fi) without a confirmed booking.
Can I review before it sends?
Yes. In Review Mode, you approve each message before it goes out. As you gain confidence, you switch on the automatic mode, by topic if you like.
Does she handle other languages?
Yes. Carmen detects the guest's language and replies accordingly. Useful for foreign guests coming from Airbnb and Booking.
