Why InnSync exists
Professional short-term rental operations used to run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and memory. Every cleaning confirmed by message. Every check-in explained by hand. Every new booking demanding human action before the guest heard a word.
InnSync was born in 2024, in João Pessoa, with a straight goal: to be the engine that keeps everything in sync — what's in the PMS is what the guest receives, no rework, no gaps.
We integrate natively with Stays.net and Hospedin, the management systems our clients use most in Brazil. And around that integration we built the full journey: AI guest service over WhatsApp, digital check-in, front-desk documents, cleaning schedules — all connected.
How we work
InnSync is founder-present: Cassio Cabral leads the product and stays close to every rollout. We don't hand customer success to an anonymous support team — the same founder who built the system is the one who makes sure it works for your operation.
Every client who arrives brings their own way of working. The rollout follows that rhythm: we set it up together, validate it with real data from your portfolio, adjust whatever needs adjusting. We only call it done when it truly works.
