Front-desk app. Log who comes and goes

Give the front desk a simple way to log each guest's arrival and departure. You know who's in the unit, and the building gets the access control it requires.

Read Quarter’s story

When we opened Quarter, still early in our short-term rental journey, we needed a partner who could help us not just with guest communication, but with the whole operational side of the day-to-day. That's when we found InnSync.

Since then, the tool has become essential to our growth, bringing more security, organization and control over every stage of the operation. Today we scale with far more confidence, knowing we have a solid partner behind our operations.

We strongly recommend InnSync to anyone looking to professionalize their short-term rental management.

What changes in your day

  • Arrival and departure record per guest
  • Each access linked to the right booking
  • No spreadsheet at reception: everything in the link
  • You keep track of who's in the unit
  • Meets the building's access-control requirement
  • "Powered by InnSync" on the screen the front desk uses

How it works

01

The front desk opens it by link

No app to install. Reception opens the record screen by link, on the front-desk computer or phone.

02

Logs arrival and departure

On each guest arrival and departure, the front desk marks the access, linked to the right booking.

03

You keep track of access

See who's in the unit and the history of arrivals and departures: the control the building requires, no spreadsheet.

Questions worth answering

Does the front desk need to install an app?

No. It opens by a link, on the reception computer or phone. Simple to use day to day.

What's the difference from the front-desk integration in the Escala plan?

This is InnSync's own app for reception to log accesses. On Escala, the integration sends the guest record straight to the building's front-desk system, when it already has one.

Is it good for buildings that require access control?

Yes. It gives the front desk a record of who comes and goes per booking: the control many buildings ask for.
