How it works

1. The front desk opens it by link

No app to install. Reception opens the record screen by link, on the front-desk computer or phone.

On each guest arrival and departure, the front desk marks the access, linked to the right booking.

Frequently asked questions

Does the front desk need to install an app?
No. It opens by a link, on the reception computer or phone. Simple to use day to day.
What's the difference from the front-desk integration in the Escala plan?
This is InnSync's own app for reception to log accesses. On Escala, the integration sends the guest record straight to the building's front-desk system, when it already has one.
Is it good for buildings that require access control?
Yes. It gives the front desk a record of who comes and goes per booking: the control many buildings ask for.
