1. The form goes out on its own

Before arrival, the guest gets the pre-check-in form link. Whoever doesn't fill it in gets an automatic reminder. You don't chase anyone by hand.

2. Each guest sends the document

On a booking with more than one guest, Carmen collects a document from each one. Only part came in? She asks specifically for what's missing, instead of treating it as complete.

3. The front desk already knows

On every new booking, reception gets an automatic WhatsApp alert with name, unit and dates. And there's a permanent link the front desk saves just once. It always shows who's arriving today, with the documents already attached.
